Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Juliana Bustamante, I’m 35 years old. I’m a Peruvian self-taught artist. I really love art in all forms. Specially the visual arts. My favorites are painting, drawing and photography. My artwork consist of oil-paintings, drawings, illustrations, but most of all acrylics paintings.
Since my childhood I have always been fascinated by art. I started with fashion designs, portraits and writing poems.
I learned to paint with oil in the atelier of my uncle in Peru and I studied for a short period of time at the pre-fine arts academy in Lima-Peru.
I moved to Italy in 2007 where I had the opportunity to travel and paint a lot and in 2021 I moved to Netherlands where I discovered the Dutch pouring technique. And I approached abstract art and textured paintings.
Now I love to combine different techniques and mixed media to create something unique and beautiful. I research beauty and harmony in every creation. I can do very realistic art work but I also like to do abstract paintings.
